I express the strength and vitality of God by being my true self. Janice will explore what gives us strength and what weakens us. Being against things weakens us and being for things gives us strength. More importantly, being for ourselves, our true selves, will allow us to access our greatest strength. Understanding and claiming that we are one with God and that God's vitality flows through us, will give us the strength we need to accomplish any task that we set our hearts and minds to. Every time we dishonor our true selves, we lose strength. For example, when we don't speak our truth, keep silent about what we feel or believe, we become smaller and hidden. The natural outcome of this is that we become less certain, more insecure and not as able to accomplish our purpose on this planet. As we find our true voices and speak with clarity and love, we will become strengthened and feel the full vitality of God flowing through us.
