Bio

Valda’s work is deeply rooted in her diverse background in education joined with her parallel journey in practical spirituality.  She believes our own lives, with all of their messy ‘imperfections’, are the greatest path to individual and collective growth.   She deeply believes in the innate and infinite potential of every individual to grow their life from the inside-out.

Valda is a Spiritual Practitioner with Centres for Spiritual Living. She is also the founder of Eternal Effect, a coaching and consulting business that guides individuals to access and apply the spiritual side of their nature to experience ever-more freedom and fulfillment in life.  She feels privileged and grateful to be alongside people of all ages, stages, and backgrounds as they grow to live their Dream.
